Terms of Service

1. You must be 13 or older

The Service produces sarcastic, sometimes spicy AI-generated cartoons intended for a mature audience. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and you confirm you meet that age each time you enter. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe this requirement is not met.

2. What the Service does

You describe a fictional character, a situation or pet-peeve, and a setting; we build an optimized prompt and generate AI cartoon previews. Previews are watermarked. After payment we produce a clean, un-watermarked final image, which you can share by anonymized relay email, a shareable link, or by tagging social handles you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, send, or share content that:

• depicts a real, identifiable person without a clearly fictional treatment, or is used to harass, threaten, defame, or bully anyone;
• is sexual content involving minors, or sexualizes anyone who is or appears to be a minor;
• promotes illegal activity, hate, or violence against a protected group;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or
• attempts to bypass content moderation, rate limits, or platform security.

We use automated and manual moderation and may decline to generate, remove, or refuse to deliver any content at our discretion.

4. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the text you provide and for how you use the cartoons you create. You represent that you have the right to submit your inputs and to send the result to your chosen recipients. Be kind: the Service is for good-natured ribbing, not abuse.

5. Payments, pricing, and credits

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you see when you pay is the price that applies. Packs grant send credits to your account. Because each purchase unlocks a digital good that is generated and delivered immediately, sales are generally final — contact us if something went wrong and we’ll make it right.

6. Ownership and license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, you may use the final cartoon you create for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service, its software, and its branding remain ours. You grant us a limited license to host and process your inputs and outputs to operate the Service, and — only if you choose to make a cartoon public — to display it in the public gallery.

7. Anonymized relay email

If you send a cartoon by relay, we route messages between you and the recipient through masked addresses so each party’s real address is not revealed. Do not use the relay to send spam, threats, or unlawful content.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
